The first thing you need to do is to free download Hiren’s BootCD 16.2 iso from here. Next, burn the ISO to your CD or USB, you decide. Now, switch off your computer and insert the BootCD and start your computer with Hiren’s BootCD. You will see a screen pop-up. 2- Double click on the Hirens.BootCD.15.2.zip file and decompress it in the created folder. 3- Execute the universal program USB installer. 4- In the drop-down menu select the option Hiren's Boot CD. 5- Search the ISO in the HirensBoot folder on the desktop.
OK most of the users download iso and then boot the system from these great repair cds.

If your system is having minor issues or you just need to scan with system . then i would just run
iso from windows and repair my pc from iso.
second best thing you can do is to install window 7 with out dvd rom ..

double Click on the iso'Hiren's.BootCD.12.0' its already changed into vitrual clone drive
if not then right on it and run as Virtual clonedrive.

you will see Hirenboot cd icon as if you plug in your cd.

now click on the icon
Small box will appear .
click on browse folder >
you will see all the programes that hiren cd is offering

once you click on no your Virus defniation will be updated and san the system from cd.
