The serial number is located at the bottom of the memory card.The first ten digits at the bottom of the memory card represent the serial number of the product. We add new series of codes on the bottom next to the original set of codes in order to have users easily recognize the product model. If the last four digits at the bottom of the memory card are U5RF, the transmission mode of this card.

4 - Return to home page and log in with username and password you created

15 - It may say found new hardware follow the instruction
16 - Click on start and it will start updating
17 - If having problems we have a default username and password to log onto the website which will allow you to download
